Terms of Service

Effective August 10, 2026

The short version

  • You bring your own ChatGPT subscription. We rent you the always-on computer it runs on.
  • The assistant acts on your instructions, under your accounts. What it does is your responsibility — supervise it on anything important, because AI can be wrong.
  • Wirebot is an independent, one-person business. We work hard to keep it reliable and secure, but it is provided as-is, without an uptime guarantee, and our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
  • Cancel anytime; your subscription simply ends at the close of the billing period.

This summary is here to help. The full terms below are what applies.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Stephan Gomer, a sole proprietor (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) established in Poland ("Wirebot", "we", "us"), covering the wirebot.ai website and the Wirebot Cloud subscription service (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law of your country of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.

2. What the Service is (and isn't)

Wirebot Cloud provides a dedicated, always-on server instance that connects your ChatGPT subscription to messengers such as Telegram, Slack, and Discord, and runs an autonomous assistant on it.

  • Bring your own AI. We do not provide, resell, or proxy access to AI models. Model availability, quality, and usage limits come entirely from your own OpenAI plan.
  • Not affiliated. Wirebot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Telegram, Slack, or Discord.
  • Open source. The Wirebot software is separately available under an open-source license, which governs the code. These Terms govern only the hosted Service. If you self-host, these Terms don't apply to you.

3. Your ChatGPT account and other third-party services

Using the Service requires a valid ChatGPT plan. When you connect it, you authorize us to store and use its sign-in tokens solely to operate your instance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your ChatGPT account remains your account, governed by your agreement with OpenAI. It is your responsibility to ensure that connecting it to Wirebot and your usage through Wirebot comply with OpenAI's terms and your plan's limits.

The Service depends on third parties we do not control — OpenAI, the messenger platforms, and our infrastructure providers. If any of them changes, limits, suspends, or discontinues something the Service relies on (including your individual account with them), the Service may be degraded or interrupted. That is not a breach of these Terms by us, though section 8 describes what we do if the Service as a whole can no longer continue.

4. The assistant acts on your instructions

This section matters more than any other. The Service runs an autonomous AI assistant that can, on your instructions: send messages, browse and interact with websites, sign in with credentials you provide, create and modify and delete files, run code, and act on schedules or external events while you are away.

  • Its actions are your actions. Everything the assistant does through your accounts and credentials is treated as done by you. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to use.
  • AI makes mistakes. Outputs and actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from what you intended. Review anything irreversible or consequential — payments, legal commitments, communications to other people — before or promptly after the assistant does it, and do not rely on unverified output for medical, legal, financial, or similar decisions.
  • We are not a party to any transaction or interaction between you (or your assistant) and any third party.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any law or the rights of others;
  • send spam, harass, defraud, or impersonate, or otherwise violate the terms of the platforms your bot runs on (Telegram, Slack, Discord) or of OpenAI;
  • distribute malware, attack or scan systems you are not authorized to test, or interfere with our infrastructure or other customers' instances;
  • mine cryptocurrency or otherwise consume resources far beyond normal personal or team assistant use;
  • resell, share, or provide the Service to third parties as a service;
  • circumvent security measures, eligibility checks, or usage limits;
  • operate anything where a failure could cause death, personal injury, or severe damage.

We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations, as described in section 9.

6. Your content

Everything on your instance — files, conversations, memory, credentials — is yours. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, store, transmit, and process it for the sole purpose of operating the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content and for the credentials you hand the assistant.

Keep independent copies of anything important. Wirebot is not a backup service, and section 8 explains the limits of what we can promise about data durability.

7. Fees, billing, and cancellation

  • The Service is billed as a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • For customers in the EU, displayed prices include VAT. Elsewhere, applicable taxes are added at checkout.
  • You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By asking us to provision your instance immediately, you request immediate performance; if you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus a proportional amount for the days already provided.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal. If you don't agree, cancel before it takes effect.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend the Service, and eventually delete your instance following the schedule in section 9.

8. Availability, data durability, and what we can't promise

We design the Service to be reliable, and keeping it up is literally the product. But we are honest about scale: Wirebot is run by one person, not a datacenter operations team, and the price reflects that. Therefore:

  • The Service is provided without an uptime guarantee or service level agreement. It can be interrupted by maintenance, hardware or software failures, our infrastructure providers, or the third-party services it depends on.
  • Backups are made on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. Data can be lost — through failures, bugs, or security incidents — despite our efforts. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
  • We may change or discontinue features as the Service evolves, with reasonable advance notice where a change is material.
  • If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you at least 30 days' notice, a window to export your data, and a refund of any prepaid, unused fees.

9. Suspension, termination, and your data afterwards

You may cancel at any time (section 7). We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk for us or others, or if payment fails. We may also terminate for any reason with at least 30 days' notice, in which case we refund prepaid, unused fees.

After your subscription ends for any reason, your instance content is kept for a 30-day grace period, then permanently deleted (backup copies age out within about 35 days), and stored tokens are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 10 through 12 and 15 — survive it.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that data will not be lost, or that the assistant's outputs or actions will be accurate or fit for any purpose.

If you are a consumer, this section does not exclude statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.

11. Limitation of liability

This allocation of risk is what makes an €8-per-month service possible at all — it reflects the price you pay.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of substitute services — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
  • We are not liable for the actions your assistant takes on your instructions, for your dealings with third parties, or for interruptions and failures caused by the third-party services described in section 3.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) EUR 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you keep every right that mandatory consumer law gives you.

12. Indemnification

If you use the Service in violation of these Terms, of the law, or of third-party terms (including OpenAI's and the messenger platforms'), and that leads to a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting damages and reasonable costs. This applies to consumers only to the extent permitted by applicable law, and not to the extent a claim results from our own breach.

13. Force majeure

Neither of us is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including outages of upstream providers, internet failures, natural disasters, war, or acts of government.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the dashboard. If you don't agree, cancel before the changes take effect — if a material change is adverse to you, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you additionally enjoy the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

Before anything formal: email support@wirebot.ai. Almost everything can be fixed by talking to the person who built the product.

16. Everything else

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case your data remains protected as described in the Privacy Policy.
