About Wirebot

The short story of a small product

What Wirebot is

Wirebot connects the ChatGPT subscription you already pay for — including its Codex coding agent — to Telegram, Slack and Discord, and runs it on a dedicated server that never turns off. You keep chatting in the messenger you already live in; your assistant gets what it never had before: a computer of its own, with a real browser, a full shell and a disk that remembers everything between conversations.

That one idea drives everything else. Because the assistant runs on an always-on machine under your own accounts, it can browse and sign in like a human, watch for events while you sleep, work on files for weeks, and pick up every conversation exactly where the last one ended — and you never pay us for tokens, because the thinking is done by the plan you already have.

Open source, hosted for convenience

The Wirebot software is open source and lives at github.com/sadfun/wirebot. If you enjoy running your own servers, take it and host it yourself — these pages will still be here when you need them. If you would rather skip the DevOps, Wirebot Cloud rents you a dedicated, isolated instance for $7.99 a month (€7.99 VAT included in the EU), kept updated, backed up and monitored.

Who is behind it

Wirebot is built and run by Stephan Gomer, a sole proprietor (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland (NIP: 1133096755), based in Warszawa. There is no growth team, no sales department and no investor deck — there is one person who wanted his ChatGPT to answer in Telegram and do real work, and who now keeps that running for everyone else who wants the same.

Being small is a feature we lean into rather than hide. The Privacy Policy and Terms are written in plain language, the business model is exactly one line — you pay for hosting — and support email is answered by the person who wrote the code. What a one-person company cannot promise (a 24/7 operations team, a formal SLA) the Terms say out loud instead of burying.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell or rent your data, show ads, mark up tokens, or train AI models on your content. Your instance is yours alone and your data never mixes with anyone else’s. And to be completely clear: Wirebot is an independent project, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Telegram, Slack or Discord.
